* For German project staff and professors all activites and stays are funded according to the “BayRKG” (Bavarian Travel Expenses Law), which requires a “Dienstreiseantrag” (trip application) in advance and a “Reisekostenabrechnung” (travel expense accounting) after completion of the stay. It is possible to ask for a part payment in advance.
Accomodation up to 14 days has to be arranged by the host insititution. For stays longer than 14 days accommodation costs will be funded by the network.
